Extra Sunday flight to Western Province

SOLOMON Airlines is pleased to announce that it will be introducing an additional and much needed Dash 8 flight on Sundays to From Honiara to the major ports in the Western Province.
This is to cater for the increase in demand for travel from the capital to these areas.
“ We have experienced a steady increase in bookings to and from Seghe, Munda and Gizo, which is unusually early in October,” a spokesperson for the company said.
The additional flight is scheduled on Sunday morning departing Honiara at 09:00 am with stops in Gizo, Munda and Segh, and gas the flight no. IE850.and the additional flight will complement the existing schedule alleviating waitlisted bookings to and from our main ports in the west.
Also the new Sunday Brisbane Honiara service operating from the 5th December will allow easy connections to and from the Western province.
